From rough intent to signed work.

From rough intent to signed work.

Research, draft, validate, and approve each deliverable in one connected workspace.

The real problem

AI can produce a draft in seconds. That was never the hard part.

The dominant AI model gives you an instruction box and an output. That works when the stakes are low and you can judge the result yourself. It stops working when someone else has to act on the result.

Kryterea treats readiness for action as a distinct problem. It does not compete on who generates the most text. It competes on whether what you produce is clear enough, complete enough, and evidenced enough to build from.

The lifecycle

Intent in. Ready-to-build foundation out.

Each stage leaves something you can inspect. The stage that blocks is the one that matters most.

  1. Clarify the goal

Plain language, no template. Kryterea turns it into an explicit scope with the questions the work must answer and the constraints it must respect.

  2. Assemble the context

Your material, the domain, the constraints, and the audience all enter as stated inputs with their provenance recorded.

  3. Research and analyse

The system researches the domain, analyses the problem, and surfaces what is known, what is assumed, and what remains open.

  4. Plan the solution

Structure the decisions, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs so the path from understanding to execution is visible before anyone starts building.

  5. Create the required artefacts

Business cases, specifications, requirements, process models, and other deliverables are produced with their evidence and reasoning attached.

  6. Validate against the standard

The deliverable is measured against a published rubric for its type. The score returns with the findings that produced it.

  7. Approve and move forward

You read the findings and decide. The system does not approve on your behalf. The approved foundation leaves with its evidence, its score, and its approval recorded.

The basis travels with the foundation.

Most tools lose the reasoning at the moment of export. Kryterea keeps the claim, the source, the assumption, and the finding connected, so the version that reaches a reviewer or a builder can answer them.

Every number carries its source.

Sample runEvidence trail

Migrating the intake workflow reduces manual handling by 35% within two quarters.

  • SourceProcess audit, Q2 2026, 187 sampled intake cases across three regions.
  • AssumptionCurrent exception rate stays below 12% after migration.

The validated foundation is the brief.

Once a deliverable clears the bar it stops being a document and starts being an instruction. It tells a developer, a supplier, or a coding agent what to build and what counts as done.

Everything downstream inherits whatever quality the foundation had. That is why the gate matters beyond the review meeting.

Two ways in, one standard out.

I need to clarify and build

Start with intent and leave with a foundation.

You have an idea, a problem, or a mandate, and you need to turn it into something clear enough to act on. There is no analyst to write it and no one to check it.

Make every practitioner's preparation hold the same bar.

Your team clarifies, plans, and documents for clients. You need every contributor's output to follow the same standard, so review stops being a rewrite.
